In January 2013 my life began to change. The catalyst was a health crisis which led me into the realms of energy medicine, the resolution of some serious past life issues and some lifestyle changes. I have always been sensitive to the energies around me but in 2015 I began to hear my guides and my spiritual growth began in earnest. The love and support I receive from my guides is transforming my life. I have started this blog to share some of the information I receive from my guides as we all ride the incoming waves of light which are creating New Earth.
