Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council and we are here today to encourage you in all of your hard work on your ascension.

We are aware that many of you have been going through much turmoil and upheaval over the last few years and it may seem that there is no light at the end of the tunnel. However, from our perspective we can see how far you have all come.

Just when you think that nothing seems to be changing you will notice little changes here and there in your daily lives. Perhaps you will notice that your partner is being more pleasant, or that nature looks more beautiful, or that you are attracting friends who are more like-minded.

We encourage you to focus your attention on these little changes for the better because in doing so you are creating more of them and this is how New Earth will be created. Conversely we encourage you to gloss over those things around you that you do not align with so as not to give energy to them.
